how do i copy the all the list,site columns and content types from one site collection to other in sharepoint 2013 using c#,I have fetch all the of them ,using windows form application...used façade, abstract factory and command design pattern in code..but not getting the code to copy them to other site.

Why not use export to wcp and importing it as a solution on the new site without code?
