Switch domain with sub-domain

Hello,

I have software installed at www.mydomain.com (video-share script) and I have wordpress software installed at www.domain.com/wordpress

I'm redirecting visitors to land on www.mydomain.com/wordpress - and from there, I direct them to different parts of the video-share script

What I would like to do - Swap applications

I would like the /wordpress installed at www.mydomain.com and the video-share scipt installed at /video or something?

How can I move these and how will that effect my user and current URLs to each video:

Example:

Current URL

www.mydomain.com/video/13387/Rap-Magic (user uploaded video)

If I move this script, how will that effect the links?
