Styles, etc. don't show properly after converting asp.net app from vs2010 to vs2013

VS2013

Converted my app from vs2010 to vs2013 without errors.
Runs fine as far as functionality (data access, etc.) But all styles, pictures don't show and there is an error when I need to run js function.
I can see pages ok in design mode but looks like css/js/images are not loaded runtime. What could that be? Anyone experienced anything similar?

Do you think any of experts own a crystal ball to inspect what you have on your hard drive?

I understand it's not easy to figure out without seeing things actually but I've tried on multiple computers at home and at work, so hard drive has nothing to do with the issue. Unfortunately I'm not sure if it's possible to post pictures here
