Solution 1

In the link you provided, yes there is a download button labeled "Hotfix Download Available."

Also, you may want to troubleshoot your sql and take a different approach (temp tables perhaps).

KB2566163 is part of Cumulative Update 10 fro SP3 - it means it was released AFTER SP3 and for that it is not part of it...

In the article KB2566163, Hotfix for SQL server 2008 SP3 is present not for SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2. I want to mention clearly that I have R2 , Where can i get the hotfix for the above issue.
