Mail attachment Is Missing

Mail attachment is missing when mail get triggers from application.
In thunderbird,Microsoft Outlook attachment does not comes but we are able to trigger mail attachment in gmail.
So could you please help me to resolve it. How attachment is missing in thunderbird,Microsoft Outlook.

Note:Image size is only 25kb.

I verified it by sending test mail with attachment and I got it. Then why from application we are not able to get attachment in thunderbird,Microsoft Outlook.

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
So we have no idea how your app is handling this.
