dev express pie chart

I have an sms application in vb net 2013, it uses an online bulk sms service and I can receive a report about the success of the send sms, I store the details of receiver and the report answer (1 = success, 0,2 = unsuccesful) in an SQL database, I want to create a pie chart in dev Express and bind the pie chart to show for the recordcount of the SQL database how many sms where succeful send and not.
