I have flat file delimited with tab and having text qualifier with 12 char like "_xeo_13_ybx_" in local, i need to copy the local file to client machine where ssis is installed and need to pull the records to destination.
1, I'm using file system task to move the file,
2, After that i'm pulling records to destination after removing text qualifier by using flat file source and Oledb destination.
one of my team mate requesting remove text qualifier wile copy file using file system task, because the existing package was handling the file without text qualifier, so now when loading text qualifier treats as data,
Is it possible to remove the text qualifier using file system task?
i told it's not possible, but he asking to analyse, kindly suggest if i'm wrong.
