Button works on local machine but not on emulator, why?

Hi, guys. I've got unusual problem, I think. I'm creating "Universal App" on Windows platform. I've created button to navigate from one page to another. Everything works fine. The wired thing is that when I run it on "Local Machine" in window the button and the App works fine and navigation works fine, when I run the same App on any Emulator the button is dead! There is no reaction when clicked at all!. I've just spent 3 hours trying to figure it out and nothing. Any ideas what that can be? It doesn't make sense to me.

Maybe this is the Point: As the word "Emulator" implies it does emulate(?) ... so you can not be sure it is 1:1
