Can I create one jquery post method and upload my form details into silverpop?

My client giving me access to silverpop and html form with jscripts & jqueries.... What i want to know that is it even possible to create own web forms which will interact with silverpop storage or database?? to save that form details after clicking submit...???

Please reply someone and make my life simple..
