MyProject.exe.locked in Winform application

I am developing vs 2010 Winform application. When I build the application very first time I it built successfully. But, after all the time whenever I am going to build the application it showing me the error

I google this error since last few days but not getting any solution for this. Even I try uninstalling VS2010 and Re-Installing VS2010.. but problme still remain same. Even I also try another copy of my same project which was backup 2 months before; I wonder it has also same problem

I check my solution folder ... It showing .exe.locked ??? why it is

Then finally I also checked for TaskMnager if any file open with my solution Name.. but there are nothing anything.

Help me from this error

This is a known - and very annoying! - problem with Visual Studio, where running the project with a designer open intermittently locks the output file.

This StackOverflow question[^] from 2010 references a (now deleted) blog post from 2006 regarding this issue.

There are various suggestions in that thread to work around the problem using the project's build events. I have yet to see an official "fix" for the problem, although it doesn't seem to happen as much in recent version of VS.
