Prevent Tablix Entry from Growing in RDLC

I am trying to create a report which will effectively work as a workorder report for a service facility. I have a table feeding this report which is a conglomeration of data. There can be multiple units on a workorder, however the RA Call information is the same. I have set the flag for RA Call information related entries as "HideDuplicates" and have set the table that I am using. This is able to prevent multiple entries to appear in the RA Call information section for a workorder that has multiple components.

Although the entries do not appear with the hide duplicates, the fields are expanded to allow for entry. I have set the "can grow" field to false in these fields, however the fields do grow however only show one entry. This blows my one page report to many pages.

What do I need to do to prevent those consistent fields in my dataset to be shown only once and those with unique equipment information (effectively a list of equipment on that RA) to be listed as a list?
