for width,height and overflow-height how to write this in xsd schema using pattern facets.

Learn XSD, and type your schema definition by hand in a text editor (I've done that once, a long time ago).
Or get an XML/XSD editor that could allow you do that graphically. I use XMLPad but if think there exist other open-source XML tools.
