Asking Administrator Password when running application in User A/C

Hi all,

When I install the program in Windows Vista and run the program in Admin account it is working properly.
But when I switch to the user account and try to run the program it is asking for Administrator password.

I am unable to understand why is this happening.

Solution 1

Windows restricts some things to applications without administrative rights (I think it was even the case even in XP, but in XP all users had administrative rights by default ... or something like this)
