make a script to extract specific info from specific websites

I have a databes in sql. Some of the information that i want to put in my database is in a website. How can i make this process automatic with some kind of script that it is called from my GUI (Java) everytime i want to populate the database?

Note: to see the information from the webisite you need to log in with a username and a password wich I have

What have you tried so far?
You need to use some techniques of Web scraping. But as you did not provide any information at all, not platform, not language and not technologies you are using, there is nothing else to add.
