I download the eclipse luna on Internet and axtract it, But I could not run it and it showed a message like this " A Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK) must be available in order to run eclipse. No Java virtual machine was found after searching the following locations: C:\Users\PHILONG\Desktop\Compressed
eclipse-committers-mars-R-win32\eclipse\jre\bin\javaw.exe
javaw.exe in your current PATH"

If in doubt, start with google: a very simple query will do. Google "install eclipse"[^] for example...
