How to convert the .NET vb Application to web

Hi, all!
I have a .NET VB application code.
This program use the MS Access Database(DAO v3.6) and already completed.
By the way, in this way, support only a user on local computer, not support multi-users on network.
So, I have to develop this program.
What is the cheapest way?

About "the cheapest way", we have a saying: "The miser pays twice". Be careful. And no, there is no "convert", and cannot be.
