How? You read the documentation for your device and you write some code. Additionally, "gimme code" is not a question or description of any kind of a problem.

Two things:
Firstly, it doesn't quite work like that.
We do not do your work for you.
If you want someone to write your code, you have to pay - I suggest you go to Freelancer.com and ask there. But be aware: you get what you pay for. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Secondly, you should talk to the people who created it the scanner - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!

you can try zksoftware products, they provide DLL and demo code in many languages including C# and VB for developers and you can do all that you mentioned in your question. (At present I am using zkSoftware's IFace302 biometric time attendance machine)

why was this answer down voted, I have tried to give a solution which was direct to the question asked and I know that this works because I have written a time attendance system years back and it is still on the market at present.
