Any collapsible, draggable, re-sizeable, dockable panels which can integrate properly with Telerik Kendo UI grids on html page?

I already have an existing html page having three Kendo UI grids on it. I want to make those grids collapsible, draggable, re-sizeable, dockable. Is there a way to do so with Kendo UI grid? I found out that telerik has a control RadDock by which we can create collapsible, draggable, re-sizeable, dockable panel. Question is..Can we implement it on html page (not asp.net page) and will it integrate properly with my existing Kendo UI grids on html page?

Please, give me suggestions
