I used cookieless="UseUri in web.config but that causes timout

I used cookieless="UseUri in web.config.
In my xyz page popwindow occures for print the form, in new window but in my parent winodw login page is displayed.

If i dont cookieless=UseUri then above scenario does not occures.
But i have to use cookieless="UseUri.
