Table of Contents with page numbers

Is it possible to get the page numbers in the table of contents dynamically.

I have text box fields in the report, the same values will be used in the TOC, is it possible to get the numbers during the run time and populating it in the TOC?

Please share your thoughts and if possible provide a sample code.
