How do I add a link to access the Spanish translation of my English blog

I have a blog written in English and I want to translate it as well into Spanish. I need a link on my home page in order to be able to access the Spanish posts.

Is it in blogger.com? then go to your blog' layout -> add a new widget -> add Google Translator -> Finish.
