To whom it may Concern.

I am involved in a personal project using the Steiner problem and found until now two complete solutions:

A. Using the Heuristic algorithm of H. Takahashi and A. Matsuyama, an excellent internet article but only by reference because the source C code is in at Library of Imperial College of London I can not register in any form in that library, the complexity of my problem is a "b" level.

B. In this Web Site using the Annealing algorithm is an excellent solution too, but the zip file do not exist and I can not downloaded it with the complete solution.

Please may anyone help me to find any completed solution for initially, 75 nodes, 150 arcs and 13 terminals nodes (steinb10), preferentially programmed in Visual Studio C# 2013.

There are two possibilities here:

1) We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!

If you meet a specific problem, then please ask about that and we will do our best to help. But we aren't going to do it all for you!

2) It doesn't quite work like that.
We do not do your work for you.
If you want someone to write your code, you have to pay - I suggest you go to Freelancer.com and ask there.

But be aware: you get what you pay for. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Which one of these it is, I'm not sure: but in neither case do we hand out source code on demand.
