Team Foundation Server 2010 Setup Configuration Error (TF255151,TF255397)

Hello. I installed Team Configuration Server on my pc . When i try to configure it gave me this errors on Application Tier

Error	[ Application Tier ] TF255151: Service is not installed: IIS Admin Service
Error	[ Application Tier ] TF255397: Windows Authentication has not been configured as a role service in Internet Information Services (IIS). Team Foundation Server requires that Windows Authentication is installed as one of the role services in IIS.

I have IIS Manager and also I installed IIS i think. how can i solve this problem.

It looks like Windows Authentication role is missing on your IIS server.

Add the Windows Authentication role by using 'Turn windows features on or off'. Check the link below for more details on how you can achieve that:
