How to render javascript templates (ejs or underscore.js templates) by C#?

I want to handle javascript templates (ejs or underscore.js templates) by C# passing data at json fornmat for example. But! I dont want to evaluate js engine in C#
because of the performance issue. I found how to compile underscore tmpl in C# using UnderscoreTemplateCompiler, but this is not what i need.
