how to redirecct from one site to another site

am deployed the my web site and web site in iis server
but when am trying to redirect from web site to admin site am getting the following url

http://drivesafe.dharani.org/?ReturnUrl=https://drivesafeadmin.dharani.org/">

please solve my pbroblem
