How to use AuthorizeRole in iis

Hi
Am developed an mvc web application and admin application and both are published in test server with different IP address. i want to redirect from web site to admin site in button click.
we are using AuthorizeRole Concept in Development. now when click on Admin button am getting the following url pattern.

http://drivesafe.dharani.org/?ReturnUrl=https://drivesafeadmin.dharani.org

i need to configure any settings in iis

please solve my problem
