SQL Server Enterprise 2012 Reporting Services

When trying to start SQL SERVER 2012 Reporting Services from Services.msc I get this error

Windows could not start the SQL Server Reporting Services (SQLSERVER2012) service on Local Computer.

Error 5: Access is denied.

And when I try to start it from the Reporting Services Configuration Manager

I get this

System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot start service ReportServer$SQLSERVER2012 on computer 'DBServer'. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: Access is denied
