Yeh, my body is a temple... I think, what you give your body that give your body back...(i know... very bad english...)
But it's right... when i eat some really healty things (fruit, vegetable good fresh bread)... i programm much better and faster as when i eat nothing or some equal like nothing... (cake etc...)

I'm not an ultra-healthy eater as in being a vegan/eating only raw foods, but I tend to eat healthier than the average person. I eat whole grains and lots of fruits and veges :yum:. I also eat dairy, eggs, poultry, and fish, and I don't mind eating some types of "junk food" once in a while.
I used to eat a lot of refined products (white flour and rice, etc) and refined sugar. Then I decided to try whole grains and raw sugar, and I was hooked! They have so much more flavor than the refined versions that the refined versions taste like cardboard in comparison.  I don't see how refined foods are an improvement in flavor.
I don't like to see people making eating healthy an obsession, nor do I like to see people destroying their bodies through junk food. I don't spend a lot of time carefully making sure everything I eat is just so, but I do try to make healthy choices.

I used to eat donuts and animal cookies. But I noticed that I couldn't think worth diddly afterwards, and my eyes were bloodshot.
It turns out that eating a lot of sugar (or fat) puts a lot of sugar or fat in the blood, which causes the red blood cells to clump together. The clumpy RBCs had a hard time squeezing through my capillaries (bloodshot eyes) and delivering oxygen (like, to my brain!). No wonder I felt stupid afterwards!
Now I choose mostly unrefined foods, and I don't miss the brain sags.

hai there,
according to me if i am that much involved in my work i won't go for food. that does not mean that i won't go for anything until i complete my work.
the thing is we can't keep balance.

They are so so so spoilt having all these fast food joints.
All this talk of pizzas and tacos etc makes me feel not only hungry but undernourished. Oh well

Pizza can be healthy, but not the meat-covered grease-soaked bread most pizza places try to pass off for pizza. (Same goes for tacos.) I like my pizza on whole wheat bread, easy on the cheese (by most people's standards), with lots of olives, mushrooms, and peppers, and sometimes pineapple or red onion. :yum:

Well, just keep in mind that eating too many carbs is a great way to stay fat unless you're physically active that is.

Pizza and Coke don't go together well. In fact, Coke doesn't go well with anything but rum, though Pepsi is quite versatile. Pizza, pasta, enchiladas and tacos, In 'N Out cheeseburgers, beef steaks, beer, and chocolate - these are a few of the simple things that make life worth living. Oh, and ice cream...
Healthy eating is for wimps. You don't make a muscle stronger by pampering it; you don't get any smarter by letting your brain relax. The way to build a strong body is to stress it, challenge it with progressively more difficult situations. If it needs protein, give it starch. If it needs vitamins, give it carbohydrates. It will figure out how to make what it needs from what it's given, or die trying.

EKG?? I looked this up on google and it links it to ECG (ElectroCardioGram) but I couldn't see what the difference was.
I'm getting my annual ECG done in September. One time, when I was about 10 or 11 the woman (an adult) who went in before me was screaming. I don't know why and neither did the nurses - they couldn't figure out what upset her. It was one of those metal electrodes that they create a vacuum to hold it on with and they are a little cold sometimes but nothing to scream about. The modern plastic ones that they put gel on are a little nicer, but they still tingle a little when they are removed. I think because of the fuss that the previous woman had made I got a prize for being so good - It was the first and last time that happened.
