Would it have anything to do with the fact that the project was started by selecting 'WCE Pocket PC Application' as when I tested the code on a new project I started 'WCE Pocket PC Application (exe)' it worked, worked as in compiled and ran on the emulator, not tested on the device, but in the current project I cant even get it to compile. " I think that this is reasonable to expect in the future. After all, Microsoft is providing ADO.Net for that purpose. You can access a Pocket Access database using straight API methods. I have researched this subject and I'm planning to write an article on this soon. When I run the program and close a dialog and go to another I use EndDialog() and DoModal() to open the next. After 13 or 14 passages (from a dialog to another) I get a stack overflow message or the application freeze. I could pass from a dialog to the other without Ending or destroying the one I come out from, but often it is necessary to do it, and I can't avoid. I've tried to use DestroyWindow and filled the code with various memsets (to free memory) but got no results... ..any suggestion?
