A once-only popup won't work since it will be ignored by those who can't be bothered to read instructions (how many times do you see lazy users click 'OK' without reading a dialog) and will be a step (admittedly small) in the way of legitimate users. Reeeeeeeealy minor issue here, and not complaining, gee gosh no, but it can be odd if you have different settings for the two 'sites'. For example, when I started my session I was logged in... Navigate directly to www.codeproject.com and log in as you would to codetools.com. If you have cookies enabled and click the appropriate boxes on the popups, you won't have to log in again. You're correct that the Lounge code acts differently - I believe that a while back there was a filter installed to prevent posting by anonymous posters in the Lounge to block a lot of spam and trolls. Reply to a message in the Lounge (and other forums) When the message list is refreshed after a message has been saved, the filter is set back to All. It doesn't seem to change when doing a new message though. *EDIT* but it resets it to All when you edit the message. Is this a bug, or is my IE totally whacked out.
