Not your email; your CodeProject account.
Somebody used your CodeProject credentials to log in and post spam. Perhaps you reused a password somewhere?
Try checking you email address with a service such as Have I Been Pwned[^], and your password with Pwned Passwords[^].

You'd need to speak to @sean-ewington about getting your account back.
