My password is invalid

I use a generating function to generate my passwords (replaced every so often). All I need to reconstruct a password is the generating function, the initial seed value, and the number of iterations. All I need to remember are the first two - even if a list of iteration numbers were to fall into the wrong hands, what could they do with it?

At work we use mac books, when powering up we

log into the machine
log into JamF security
google authenticate

and then we are in the machine and allowed to work
