I am not receiving notifications regarding comments posted to my articles. The Red notification on top right indicating arrival of a new comment, does not show up for comments posted by others on my articles. Also I do not receive such mails on my registered email account.
Request you to kindly look into this. Thanks.

One thing worth checking is if you go to the end of your article, hover over the "Email Alerts" button, do you have all email options ticked there?

Our Watchguard routers have decided your current IP (76.74.234.210) belongs to a Botnet and is blocking it. It decides thins based on a list it pulls from someplace.
I just whitelisted the IP for my use, but figured I'd mention it.

Is it not possible here to put html markeup inside <pre%gt; tags?
I have some in my latest article so I can highlight added code, and it's not really working out very well. When I do it on my local box in vis studio, it doesn't complain, so it's valid html, but CodProject's auto-fixing html nazi AI appears to strip it out.

The best (and only way, really) to highlight inside a PRE code block is to use the a span tag with one of the following classes: highlight, emphasis, no-color, no-colour, subdue
So:
<pre lang="C#">
// This is a comment
<span class="highlight">var s = "and this is a highlighted line";</span>
</pre>
becomes
var s = "and this is a highlighted line";

I edited the article, but I had to replace the entire text because the editor wouldn't let me edit in source mode without mangling the text. It's hard to explain what was happening. You actually have to see it.

Does anyone else have trouble downloading the source from this tip:
WPF with PRISM - View and ViewModel First Implementation with Unity IoC
Packets come in fits and starts for me, stopping entirely just under halfway through.
Oddly, downloads from other tips/articles download just fine. It's only this one that's giving me trouble.

That one has all the makings of a great story, and it's an enjoyable read, but alas the problem persists. An important clue is found in the fact that other CP downloads go off without a hitch. It's only this one that's giving a problem.
I was able yesterday to get the file via a different ISP's network and then transfer it from my friend's computer to mine. But even then the download was slow and erratic.
Also: I can't connect to the CP web server at all via another network that's owned by my ISP. The main landing page doesn't even load, and the connection attempt times out.
So there's something strange going on here. I don't know how to reach someone at CP to discuss this, if it's possible.

Matthew Dennis originally replied to your post. You can "summon" someone by prefixing a "@" to their username (you'll see this string in their profile if you click on their name).
So if you reply to this message and include "@" in the message, followed by "matthew-dennis", he'll be told that he was mentioned in a post and will come running to see what the fuss is about.
