It would still be wrong, because he could have feed the blog. but it wouldn't be an nuking offense.

@Sean-Ewington would you mind to step by?

additionally this is another live example for @Matthew-Dennis in this case the link I would use as correction for the report would be the #2 in the revisions history.

Literally, "would be" unless there was some way to type an additional "#2" on the URL ([^]) that I don't know about.

goes to: ArticleVersion.aspx?aid=YYYY&av=ZZZZ

but I don't know the maths behind the versions algorithm to know the values for ZZZZ (XXXX and YYYY are already in the first link). So I can't tell you how.

The post is a verbatim copy+paste without big edits or corrections, so I tend to plagiarized too.

But the problem with the links is something happening for a while and already reported[^]) and I would like to wait for @Matthew-Dennis or @Chris-Maunder to have a look in a live case. That's why I am not posting the corrected link to nuke the article yet.
