@Sean-Ewington would you mind to check and have some words with him? I don't think he is explicitely spamming, I would like to think he is really trying to help people with that API, but it is a paid product that only offers free trials.

Could you activate this account?
This account was created in 2009 year for using codeproject services (downloading code) and it is not a spam account.
My main issue was a wrong section for article publishing. I should publish it section "Third Party Products and Tools" but I published in library section (it was wrong). The article was not advertisement and it solves real user problem with installing library for C++ which is complicated for some users.
So I published articles for review and advises but instead of this I got account ban. But there are a lot of payable third party products, articles related with them are published in "Third Party Products and Tools" section.
Currently I cannot use codeproject services because my account banned.

I can re-activate your account but only if you agree not to post more articles on Aspose, or other Third Party articles.
The rules for that section are as follows:
- You must provide significant innovation and cannot simply be a how-to guide that would appear on the vendor's own help pages, or you must solve a significant problem common to users of the product or library.
- You must not post advertisements for the product, implicit or explicit. We are the final judges on this. There will be no mention of price, offers or coupons, upgrades, trials or anything that would induce or tempt a person to visit the third party site and download the product. This article is purely for those who already use the product.
- We reserve the right to replace any links to the product with search-engine unfriendly links. Articles must not be used to promote a product in any form, including SEO.
- Articles must be tagged "third-party"
- Articles must not be written by anyone associated with the company that writes the product. Self promotion is not allowed.
There are indeed articles in that section, but there are a few exceptions. For example, if you have written other articles not about third party products, and your first and only article is not about a third party product, we may then decide to allow the article.

I understood that I need to write 2+ article about opensource products or some algorithms research. I can write articles about some Computer Vision research which didn't come to products or write articles about my old frelance projects (updating them).

If you were freelance and you got paid for something, there might be restrictions regarding secrecy, be sure that what you post can be publicly posted and taken by an undefined amount of people for further usage.
And be careful, another thing we don't tolerate is plagiarism.

The rest... I can't tell you exactly because I don't participate in the mentor program. The only thing I know is you shouldn't post the article in the article writing forum for revision.

Yes I know, I have written couple scientific articles on Russian. Also I have some published articles of developer sites (also russian) and English articles in Wikipedia. I know about unique content and NDA.

No, I'm afraid it would not be allowed. Of all the articles published in the Third Party Tools section, none of the authors are officially associated with the company (as far as we know).

1) he doesn't necessarily know anything about the terms of agreement or the internal rules of those sites
2) your question is more or less the same as I would ask you: "Which library is good for reading barcodes? [Option 1] [Option 2] [Option 3]" (but none of those is the one done by your company)
If you are so really interested to publish your "help" article about the library of your company... why don't you publish it in your company's website?
You are pressing a bit too much to be "just a help" and not "blatant advertisement"
