I was about to post about it.
He is reposting content (looks like his own) from other places. And adding the "was originally published in [URL]" manually.
He has at least 2 already published and the one in moderation like this.
@Sean-Ewington would you have a look? I think this is not the way. But is the same situation as he would feed the blog automatically, what should we do?

I've chased a few of his articles down the Google rabbit-hole, and each time I the oldest article I can find has his name on it.
I've spoken with him about reposting his articles and suggested only posting new ones to avoid this situation and he's interpreted that in his own way. In this case I deleted the article and explained to him the type of articles we're looking for and we'll see how that goes.
