When I was growin' up, I was the smartest kid I knew. Maybe that was just because I didn't know that many kids. All I know is now I feel the opposite.

I will deliberately not mention the name of the Ascii Text Editor
which I am currently using; as it might be the very best for some
other person in some other circumstance. Facts be; I am now after
a replacement.
The things I want are: Simplicity, search, and I want it to do an
automatic_file_save if I do the Android "Clear All" operation.
I do not need (and indeed, I do not want) Bold/Italic/Strike_Thru
or such things; I'm going to do the text with the phone, and then
move it as an ascii text file to an app on my desktop, blah blah.
Oh, and it must allow me to use the Android Speech-To-Text thing;
in fact, if it has a one-touch button to go straight to listening
to me speak; so much the better.
Google Play Store was not really my smartest choice of advice and
counsel for my first choice (hmmmm, and now I'm asking here ???).
Anyway; simplicity, safety, auto_save, and a lack of advertising;
I'm looking. Suggestions are welcome and invited.

I don't know if it really takes that much of time just for a feature like that?
I was just looking for an option to create "Private" Channel in MS teams application. I really couldn't find the option. The workaround they suggest is to create a Channel & then "hide" it. lol
I'm getting rid of Slack for good. MS team is definitely nice. But a seemingly doable & important feature like "private channel" has waited for a year now. Can't believe.

Create a private channel in Teams. We don't currently have private channels, but we're working on it. To keep things private in the meantime, you can create a new team and invite a more select audience.
