Nope. That needs metal, not plastics: you are talking about very fine control of movement, and any lack of rigidity shows up as nasty defects in the print quality. You could get away with some bits, but you do need precision metalwork for the X, Y, and Z drivers.

As an aside, have a look here: Fixed Gantry CNC Router Build Part 1 - YouTube[^] - it's a "metalworking 3D printer" being built from scratch (by a very talented individual). It should help to explain some of the problems with printing a printer! Laugh | :laugh:
