Down know if it's just me, or Firefox, or both, but the box containing "Latest posts", "Latest comments", "Latest news" doesn't seem to be working.
It load for a while, and then "No messages found"...

I noticed that img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==" data-src="/KB/miscctrl/5247406/Change.jpg" class="lazyload" does not appear for me in Opera, though it is fine in Chrome. Other non-lazyload images show up fine in Opera.

This project in moderation[^] has Problems with the links (at least I am not seeing anything on my end).
Might it be, that the project importer is getting a bit crazy?
EDIT: It seems that it will probably get nuked due to poor quality, you will have to make the autopsy and check the bones

I don't think the problem is so much with importing projects as it is with updating them. See this item on this board. I'm guessing that projects have been suspended while this issue is being worked, because when I recently updated my project on GitHub, nothing happened at this end.

We've had issues downloading images from GitHub. It's a bit hit and miss. Ryan's making some changes today to see if he can work through some of the GitHub strangenesses.
That particular article has been removed. It did not fit our editorial guidelines.

Not only images... documents and other files too. robust-services-core[^] is having links problems too. They point to CP but get error 404 (I already reported this here before)

My original profile has been closed since 10 members marked it as spam. I have been long enough here to know not to spam. One of my articles was marked for plagiarized sample code and taken down. I acknowledged the missing reference to original post and agreed to include references. But now, I'm unable to login to my original profile.

Plagiarism and spam are very different things: in your case you copied, pasted, and tweaked code and text so that we (hopefully) didn't notice. Spam is advertising, such as driving to a viagra or "technical support" site.
"Copy'n'paste and forgot the reference" is one thing: but you deliberately changed the pasted text and code so that is wouldn't be identical. And that is plagiarism, no matter how you look at it.

The email I received says '10 times members have reported your account at CodeProject as "Content has been posted that is spam"'
Anyway, your point is taken. The article is already taken down and I will work on it to completely rewrite it to address plagiarism.
My question is why my profile has been closed. I would like to keep learning and contributing as I have done before.

Because we do not tolerate plagiarism. We - the moderators as a group - write articles, and we know how hard it is. So when somebody comes along, copy'n'pastes stuff that probably took a lot of effort to get right, tweeks it to hide the theft, and claims they wrote it themselves we don't appreciate it.
The account gets closed and the plagiarism removed, that's standard procedure.

That's the point. You should not rewrite things.
You should write them from the scratch.
And to be honest... I "defended" you a bit in the other forum, but seeing your answers, it makes me think you didn't bother to read the CodeProject Plagiarism FAQ[^] as I already told you.

If you edit the article with CP's editor, by modifying the raw code, you can change the href attribute of the a tag to the right target. Sometimes links are messed with during the submission process.
