It's a shame there's no "look inside" - they look quite interesting and the reviews tend to be highly positive.
I actually think it's a great idea to ease kids into stuff like quantum physics before they get told that quantum physics is impossible to understand.
And hopefully, many of these kids will go on to read my new book "Relational Database Theory and Optimisation for Masochistic Toddlers."

I love toddler/children's books for parents!
I bought HTML for Babies[^] (as well as CSS and Javascript for babies) books for the laughs of my colleagues, not for any baby!
All My Friends Are Dead[^] is another one that may appear as a toddler's book in form, but to understand the jokes, you certainly must be an adult (or at least a youth). The book is delightful in the igNobel sense of "first make people laugh, and then make them think". A great little book!
Of course: Books both for toddlers/kids and adults are even better. Kids love Calvin & Hobbes comics, but parents see humor and serious elements that the kids have no backgroud to understand. This also goes for a lot of Scandinavian children's novels: Parents pick up a lot that goes over the head of kids. Or like the counting book by Horst Tooloskorpi: "1 2 3 Bilder från 1 till 1000" (Pictures from 1 to 1000) - you may have to go on a search in the photos to find the seventh construction worker. For "4", one of the photos show the parents, the cat and the big belly of the mommy. 100 is shown by a matrix of portraits of all sorts of faces, 1000 by that number of 1 SEK coins laid out side by side. I had never seen a good visualisation of 1000 before I got this book! Unfortunately, the book is out of print, but if you find it at a used-book shop, buy it! (unless you are American; you will be offended by a couple of the photos).

3 - Point out that you "don't know how you'd react" if you weren't hired.
Now the interviewer can stress out for a while.
