He came and asked for permission, he is not the owner (no site driving) and it was thought for the lounge (in this case I consider it as a debate start point, not as spam). If you look at the conversation with me below... I don't think a spammer would do that.
@Sean-Ewington would you mind to have a look and delete possible reports if considered "not guilty"?

You've told him it looks like spam - and it still does, which is why I reported it an loaded it here.
The message is along the lines of "something all developers should see" and a link to a random blog that if you do follow it looks like poorly thought out drivel.
If it looks like spam when it gets to the moderation queue, there is probably a reason! 
Why is he so desperate to post it anyway?

That he didn't change the message after my previous answers... I don't know.
If I wanted to use it as a start point to a debate, I would have written it with a tiny explanation and a couple of questions to make it clear. Just the "have a look" is a bit poor, I admit it.

Trying it once, asking here, getting my OK, trying to post it again and asking why after my OK... I don't see it as desperation. (I have "bothered" many people with more messages for less )
The format of the message is not the best one and the 15 years account and only 9 messages and so few logins would be in usual moments a very big indicative of spam. But the coming here and question / asking for permission is so unusual, plus the blog didn't looked that bad for me when I had a glance on it. I guess I just wanted to be a nice guy this time.
