Unions are the only thing that protects the employee, and very valuable for keeping unskilled work from becoming slave-work. These people can be threathened in their jobs, and they need that protection from abuse of power that arises from them being very replaceable.

I do not need that protection. Anyone giving me their keys to their computer will need to trust me. There's no way you can threathen me on the job - if you think you can find someone better to do it, by all means, be my guest. Do consider that I may not hang around and may be occupied when you get back Smile | :)

I simply don't need a union.
