If your going to post homework to a professional coding site. At least put more effort into it.
I can't say is 100% copy and paste, but they do are very similar... some variable names changed, comments gone and a couple of differences more.
I am not sure if we should take it as plagiarism and report the user too, but I would at least report the tip/trick as poor quality (it is not adding anything new and not explaining anything, just min. description)

I'd agree - the code is very similar (it's been translated from C++ to C,so char* instead of string and so forth is all) it';s presented in the same order, the names are the same, ...
I'd be pretty happy to call "plagiarised" on that.

It is not translated because the source also provides C code. It is the same code with only one struct member and two functions renamed, and all comments removed.
Clear case of plagiarism.

In the original there are selectors on top of the code to show implementations for C++, C, Java, and Python (C++ is shown as default when opening the page).
