Creators Update has just pushed to the WookieTab and I thought "well, that went smoothly". I did, really - no problems.
Until I tried to use it ... the touch keyboard button is missing.
OK, find out how to get that back (Long touch the taskbar, select "show touch keyboard button")
And ... it's the basic "useless" keyboard that doesn't have a WIN key, Function keys, or even Up or Down buttons.
"Settings", "Devices", "Add the standard keyboard as a touch keyboard option".
And it's not there any more.
It's now on the "keyboard selector" button. Ah, OK - nice and easy to get to, that's better ... except IT'S ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOU USE A US KEYBOARD LAYOUT NOW.

I've had this scenario for a while Paul, when I log in I get the UK keyboard with the £ sign and all the rest but when I select the keyboard on a web page or pretty much anywhere else, in order to get the arrow keys etc I have to select US

Too late to get angry now. They have been stumbling around blindly ever since the days of Longhorn and Vista. We always let them get away with it as long as others had the trouble and now they think that they can do whatever they like.

I did a Windows 10 Update on our TeamCity server this week and after that all my desktop shortcuts were gone and I could not open the Windows Start menu anymore !
Luckily TeamCity would still build, but things like signing with signtool.exe didn't work anymore.
It turns out these problems were caused by a corrupt user account, the settings are now saved to another "Users\TEMP" directory.
I could get the Start menu working again by installing "Classic Shell", but I think it is sad how Microsoft updater handles this situation, on the internet I found a lot of complaints about this situation which apparently exist for years now ...

Wallpaper...neat idea in theory, but since Windows 3.0, I haven't been able to help myself but to return to a solid black background after about 20 minutes.

I started in the early days, mined some coins, lost the wallet and now i am annoyed by it.

people should consider how much can <b>afford</b> to lose (or risk) for the chance of a gain.
I have $110, I owe $100 rent, I might be very willing to throw $110 in the pot but I can only afford to loose $10. That's often the difference between people that still have a place to sleep, and those roughing it in the park.

I'd only consider investing a maximum of my portfolio 5% in it for short-term investments. It is the unknown, but it's picking up steam and has a good chance to survive.

Agreed. One of my hobbies is YouTube; yes I know it's a waste of time. Some of the people I talk with on there make videos, online gambling, affliate marketing, and bit coin. They'll do anything not to work, but start begging when finances go awry.
