Before looking into a chair, I'd look at the keyboard. If you already have an ergonomic keyboard, then by all means, look at the chair next.

Mouse of keyboard caused?
You can do a lot with shortcuts and not use the mouse so much.
Sometimes I switch to my left hand with the mouse to give the right a break.

When I left hand mouse it feels like someone else is writing the code.

Would it make more sense to get an accurate diagnosis (wrist pain) before recommending treatment (new chair). It sounds like the only tool HR has in their toolbox is a new chair.
Would anybody troubleshoot code that way? First find out what the problem is, then start modifying the appropriate parameters.
As a chiropractor I certainly love me some good chair talk but we need to make sure we are addressing the right issue. Could be neck, shoulder,elbow or wrist issue. May be related to work or some other activity (workouts,hobbies, etc).

Actually, the chair probably did what was needed, but I augmented it with exercises and have no problem. What I had requested was an ergonomic keyboard (already using a nice wrist rest), but the old chair had a broken back and was not able to be locked into an upright position. I went into the Herman Miller site and picked out the back support features I thought I needed and had the chair two days later.

Singular?
Do you use a mouse/pad with that hand? Then switch hands. Takes time to learn but doable and much better than repetitive motion syndrome. Once the pain goes away completely switch back and switch back when pain starts again.

How often does it crash? Can it handle HTML5? I stopped using the 'old' Firefox due to the things it couldn't do, not it's speed record.

I can't remember the last time I saw a proper Firefox crash. I had a few issues with graphics drivers when they first turned on e10s, but the latest nVidia drivers seems to have fixed that.
Yes, it handles HTML5. FF57 has turned on the date and time input types, which were previously hidden behind a flag.

I use a variety of browsers. It's rare that any of them crashes. I certainly don't get the "it crashes all the time" that some users often report about every browser.
But I agree speed is just one feature.

Thanks. Very nice, but obviously I don't notice any difference with the pages I usually visit. Time to say thanks for first microsoftening their product and then installing it without asking.

Hmmm, haven't really had chance to test, but seems too take longer connecting to a page but once the connection is made it seems like it faster, sounds like instead of remotely accessing certain features it downloads them and goes from there...

It depends.
Two websites I visit every day, maybe several times, have been annoying me because they have used several / many seconds to come up, even when connected via fiber. With the new FF, one of them now comes up in a split second, while the other one is slower than ever. So the reasons for the slowness must have been different for those two sites, even though it appeared very similar.
The long delay was, for both, in the first phase, which I assume is the connect phase, before the wheel switched to the opposite direction of spinning. Once the wheel turned, both were "reasonably" fast. With the new FF, there is no longer any spinning wheel, so you can't see the phases of the setup.

If you notice, it uses a lot less memory than before; maybe a 75% improvement through passive observations.
