A while ago I had the same problem: every saturday I woke up quite late and that came with serious headaches, which prevented me from enjoying my free time. A MD helped me to spot the problem: coffee. During the week, I drank a lot of coffees (more than 10 a day) so that I had a cafeine addiction in place. Cafeine seems to be an excellent headache killer, but a lack of it, when you're addicted to, can cause severe headaches.
