The Universe is an illusion, put there by God to test our faith when He created the world 2,000 years ago. He tried a similar trick when He scattered dinosaur bones around the planet just to keep us on our toes, as any fule kno.

The answer is Locomotive.
Crazy - Loco
Reason - motive
And usually found on tracks. Sorry if that was too hard for Monday, or if I didn't format it correctly, although the 'crazy' anagram red-herring was intentional. I'll make tomorrows easier.

Obvious when you have the answer. Perhaps I need a new brain?

And you are using a magnifying glass to read Visual Studio error messages, get Thee hence from Lilleputia [^] (1) to Sergey's solution on WinAero: [^] ... and ...
The solution is to create a registry key that tells Windows to prefer using an external Manifest file; then: for each Application whose internal Manifest (resource) sets the 'dpiaware setting to 'true ... you gotta copy the internal Manifest, create a file ... and more ... that's all explained very well in the article cited. Yep, it's tedious.
I can verify this technique works on: Win version 10.0.15063 Build 15063 with Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 15.3.3, UltraEdit/64, PhotoShop and Illustrator CC current. Other comments on the article list other apps it works with.
p.s. I really was using a magnifying glass with Visual Studio to use the shrunken search/replace ui, and to scry some of the run-time error messages, and I am also using their new (Aug. 14, 2017) 'Blue extra-contrast Theme' [^].
(1) Quote: One of Dreamland’s most original attractions however, was Lilliputia, “The Midget City,” a fully operative community. Residents of the community consisted of 300 midgets recruited from the four corners of the continent. Most came from various World's Fairs, travelling circuses and freak shows upon manager Samuel W. Gumpertz's request, to live in the experimental community called Lilliputia for Dreamland's 1904 opening season.
«While I complain of being able to see only a shadow of the past, I may be insensitive to reality as it is now, since I'm not at a stage of development where I'm capable of seeing it. A few hundred years later another traveler despairing as myself, may mourn the disappearance of what I may have seen, but failed to see.» Claude Levi-Strauss (Tristes Tropiques, 1955)

Thanks for sharing your "manifesto", the concept of Lilliputia lives on in China in the village of Kunming (mentioned in the article) I recently saw it in a travel program on Dutch television.

I doubt that there are too many jobs open, but this rudimentary village with that name does really exist: Maps[^]
Also, it's in Austria, not Australia!
Edit: Why do you censor the innocent name of a little village that is made up of about four farms?
