No. The console window will open and immediately close again when the program exists. If you blink at that short moment, you will not even notice it.

I know many here aren't keen on it, but I still think there should be a minimum standard for questions that should be applied. Not quite StackOverflow's insane level, but just something to keep the QA section useful and usable (and give us a fighting chance of answering questions rather than asking the OP to post his code every time). 
Now is it bad enough that you let somebody else kick your butts without you trying to do it to each other? Now if we're all talking about the same man, and I think we are... it appears he's got a rather growing collection of our bikes.

Could work, but my guess is everyone would just automatically check them.
Maybe a "in review" queue where questions can be rejected and sent back to the OP for improvement before they're published to the wider community? Or even an "in review" list which is visible and that we can look at, accept or reject (with comments) but not answer? So the question has to be accepted before it can be answered..

My suggestion was a joke, but your suggestion make sense. But if an op has issue with language and some butt hurt refuse to let the op pass, would be very much discouraging

Language improvements could be part of the suggestions made back to the OP - people reading the question have to be able to understand what's being asked.
I've seen quite a few questions where it's impossible to tell what's being asked, and often they never get any kind of answer - what's the use of content like that on any site? What does anyone learn from it?

Well don't be so down on yourself,
seems to me like you actually got one of the smarter posters with a tad more skill than others...
these days most when asked to show their code post pictures of it (and yes, often taken with a mobile phone.)
At least this guy figured out how to paste the actual text.

Perhaps a "Beginners" section would relieve some of that. Some of the Linux forums have an area dedicated to noobs.
FWIIW: I have also forgotten about keeping the console active, most of my programs crapware tends to be console stuff.

A "Beginner" section could take us a long way. Last night I found this and this and attempted to answer. I just have 3 years of experience, so I can only imagine what it's like for you guys.

Just checked in old projects
When ctrl+F5 to start without debugging, it prompts automatically (code above would dispay hello world)
When F5 not, but usually you have breakpoints in your code - and the indication that nothing showed was a sign that you misplaced your breakpoint in non executed code...

For a complete noob, I can understand his frustration. It is annoying as he__ to have to look up the right 'getch,' or stream overload call every time someone posts code like that, which presents itself as a newbie example. Those who write for newbie's, NOT EVERYONE WILL BE DOING EVERYTHING THROUGH A CONSOLE! Take the time to make sure your code doesn't disappear in the blink of an eye on them!

If good: nah. Chicken sate at a street stall in Thailand or Malaysia. Oh yes. The Perfect Food - and I exaggerate not, these are better than BACON!
If bad: Meh. Oreos are not even good biscuits (too dry, and too sweet for me) but PB goes well with so many things - including BACON - that it could well improve them.
Mind you, there is now a PB Twix bar[^] which has to set a new low standard for chocolate-biscuit-type-sweeties.
