If Programming Languages were Weapons - Album on Imgur[^]
A pity this is too long for @Kent-Sharkey to run in the insider.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

But C++ is more a AK-47
From that wiki: "The AK-47 and its variants are made in dozens of countries, with "quality ranging from finely engineered weapons to pieces of questionable workmanship.""

Yet it always shoots where it's pointed, can be repaired and customized under any condition, it's reliable... Despite requiring more training to shoot accurately and the increased weight of the ammunition requires a deep experience with the weapon to make every shot count.
Basically, C++.

Don't forget that the AK is also easy to get, almost unused and only dropped once. How does that translate to C++?

Disclaimer: I'm pushing the subject mainly for fun, I like C++ and C but I'm not a fanboy nor I really believe in general "superiority" of one language over another - it all depends on the purpose and the field of application. Wonderglue, nails, screws and hot glue are all great tools in their respective fields.

It's only arcane for those who don't have the slightest clue how a processor actually works and it's powerful because (C more than C++) they just stick with those principles and don't try to impose too many 'paradigms'.

I believe you've confused the AR-47 with the FAMAS.[^]

The family and I traveled to Pittsburgh, PA to see an MLB game (Pirates v Phillies) on Friday night.
It's about a 3.5 hour drive from where we live.
I was walking through the stadium searching for a snack and as the people passed by, I saw a guy wearing a t-shirt with a picture just like the one that you use as your CP avatar. It was that same dog, wearing sunglasses and I believe it had the multi-colored smile faces behind him or maybe just tie-dye.
Was that you? Were you in Pittsburgh, PA?
I should've stopped the guy and asked him the meaning of his shirt and if he was the famous OG and all that, but I didn't feel like getting flung down the stairs by some stranger.
I've never seen that particular sunglass-wearing dog anywhere else. Can you explain how this is possible?

That's exactly what I was thinking.
I'm on to something here.
I wish i would've thought to just yell out, "Hey, OG...OriginalGriff..." and waited. I bet that guy's neck would've snapped around and then I'd have exposed the Real OG.

Maybe it was just a fan of OG?
With that much rep he must have fans.
Either that or Illuminati.
And while we're on that subject, did you know Google marks illuminati as wrong, but Illuminati is fine (i vs. I)?
Illuminati confirmed

Nope, not me - I've been in Wales all weekend, and I've never been to a baseball game.
I have no idea where your guy's T came from, but the dog's name was Sodney, and I took the original picture in '05 - I think: it's on my PC, and I'm on the WookieTab - and added the bits'n'bobs with Paintshop Pro 9. As far as I know I never released the full-res version, just the avatar size. So where he got it, I know not.
I'm kind of flattered!

Since you have the fullres version you should start selling the T-shirt yourself.
Or better, team up with Chris to give it away as a price for the most esoteric code of the month.

Interesting story. That particular dog with those sunglasses on has a unique look and that's why I noticed it on the t-shirt too.
Now I really wish I would've stopped the guy and asked him about the shirt.

According to Google images the 150x150 is the only size found.

I noticed that too. When I saw the image on the guy's shirt I figured it was just some well-known icon from something. Then when I searched and only found it with OG I really wondered about it. It's a mystery for the files.
