Agile sucks - luckily it's now heading into it's death throes
but plank meetings ... a really good idea,
I've almost fallen off my seat in too many meetings,
maybe I'll forward this to health & safety.
... then again it's harder to drink coffee when lying down, and that really helps me sleep.

You're supposed to be standing in the stand-ups (although we do have one or two people in our team who sit down at the stand-ups).
Can you still call it a stand-up if you're doing a hand-stand? I've just had a great idea for the next fad.. 
Now is it bad enough that you let somebody else kick your butts without you trying to do it to each other? Now if we're all talking about the same man, and I think we are... it appears he's got a rather growing collection of our bikes.

The stupidest thing is I saw this yesterday on LinkedIn when there were literally thousands of people commenting on what a great idea this is.. probably managers/coaches/HR types, so expect this in your office soon!

daily status update:
"I accomplished nothing during the 7 hours after our lie down yesterday because I was too consumed thinking 'Holy elephant my back elephanting hurts' to concentrate on anything else. There were minor glimmers of recovery this morning, but the first part of this cluster elephant has already resulted in a >200% regression from the starting situation. I predict the only thing I'll do during the next 24 hours is to fill out a disability application from home."
